Q: the login screen does not come up it shows im connected to wi-fi but nothing it was workin untill i updated the phone

trying to connect to a work wifi network I can connect to the server but the log in page that use to come up is not coming up sense i updated the phone to 6.1

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1
