App store
My Imac will not connect to the app store. Any ideas?

Which App store are you referring to, the one in iTunes for IOS based apps or the Mac App Store for OS X?

Hi Isabella,
Need a little more information here - what do you mean it will not connect? What happens when you try to connect? Do you get an error message? Does the screen come up, but the little "connect" wheel just goes around and around? What is happening when you click on the icon?
We'd like to help, but cannot really do so with so little information from you....

Restart the computer in Safe Mode then restart normally and test.
Sorry I'm new to this. I'm using
Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63) and trying to update to Mountain Lion that is why I need the App store.

Also search Error 1202 on these forums - it seems to crop up a lot, so there may be some threads with other suggestions.
