How can I uninstall an unwanted App

If the apps came with iOS, you can't.
If not, them hold your finger on it until it wiggles then touch the X in the upper left hand corner.

Allan, I am having problems removing an app. It appeared when I downloaded photos from my motorola phone to my Mac Pro. I have tried to submit this question to the discussion group but it will not allow me to. Perhaps you can help me out. Thanks pct12

I had a motorola phone and linked it to my Mac. I no longer have the phone and would like to delete or remove the MotoCast app/software I can see it in lauchpad and can move it to the trash but will this completely remove it from my Mac?
