Sync still fails after authorizing computer

I purchaed TV shows and then tried to sync them to my ipad. The shows failed to sync saying that I am not authorized on this computer. I followed the directions and authroized the computer and it says the computer is already authorized. However, the sync is still failing with the same message. Please help.
