Log into the iTunes Store, click on your logon ID, select Account from the dropdown, select "Edit" next to the Payment Type, and then select the type of card your debit card is (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) Input your information and Save.

Not working infact my Visa card used to work,now it doesnt shows error(Your payment method was declined.Enter valid payment information).

Same problem with me.What should I do ??

Debit cards are no longer accepted in the iTunes Store, it seems. The current valid payment methods are listed here:

Using a debit card in any online service where it stores your card is a bad idea in any case since if someone gains access to your account in the service, they can quickly drain your bank account. Credit cards limit your liability, as do prepaid iTunes cards.

As varjak pawr said in his reply above your post, debit cards are no longer accepted as a valid payment method - there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined, and they are not listed on the page that he linked to

In the link you are giving, it says debit cards are accepted.
