I have an iTunes gift card balance on my iTunes account. When I attempt to make an in-app purchase, it does not process at all and instead directs me to view iTunes Store Support to complete this transaction. Can anybody help with this issue?
I have already figured out that I can wait 24 hours and hopefully get some resolution via email with apple support. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there were any quicker fixes for it. thanks for the attempted assistance, however...:)
