cann't log in to open directory with afp home folder, but can with /Users

I have 10.7.5 lion server and I try to log in to open directory user from my MBP 10.7.5.

When I choose "/Users" as home folder (with Workgroup Manager or with Server App), connect successful, but when I choose "afp://server.mycompany.com/sharefolder" my MBP send message "You are unable to log in to the user acount "testuser" at this time. Logging in to the account failed because an error occurred."

Help me, please, how I can use home folder on server?

Mac mini, OS X Server
