I bought a new computer and I think moved my itunes library to it but my i-phone lost all its apps when I tried to sync can't figure out how to restore them. I'm not a computer whiz please help!

Moved my itunes library to a new computer. It appears that the apps are there. But when I try to sync my iphone it erased all the apps and music. Not sure if the 'back up" actually contains my apps or not? I've read lots of posts but need basic strp by step directions as I'm not a computer genius. There seem to be many fixes but I don't know where to start. Help

Hi big,

Hook up your phone to the computer and look at the Apps tab in the device profile window (i.e., the big window that will display once you have clicked on your device in the sidebar). Make sure you have the Sync Apps option checked.

If you are seeing them in iTunes, then it is most likely the way you have your sync options set up for your phone that are causing the issue.

Hope this helps,

Cheers,

GB
