I know that in order to take a screenshot you need to press the home button and the on/off button together.
It used to work, then one day after someone "played" with my phone it stopped.
Does anyone know how to make it work again?

Try a reset. Press and hold the Home and On/Off buttons simultaneously until you see the Apple logo, then release. This may take up to 10 seconds. This is the equivalent of a re-boot and you will not lose any data.
I tried it but it just askes me if I want to turn off my phone (as if I pressed on the on/off button alone)...
You have to press and hold both buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo. (Ignore the red power-off slider)
ok, i managed to do the reboot and i still cannot take a screenshot...
Do you have another suggestion?
It could be a question of timing in pressing the buttons. I used Google and found this solution...

It's weird that before it used to work they way I was pressing it and now it doesn't...
