Q: My old computer crashed. My old itunes library wasn't backed up on my external hard drive. Am i able to retrieve these files and have them on my new comp?

Done all of the suggested things in isupport. My computer is authorized, home sharing is on...tried file> devices>transfer purchases...but will not allow me to highlight transfer purchases as an option.
Very frustrating.
