Can't connect to FaceTime - apple ID not identified
I can't connect to FaceTime since I have installed the OSX mountain lion and I can't remove it either in order to reinstall it. My apple ID is not identified and I get the message: the server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later.
I have been trying for the past two weeks with no result. Thank you in advance for your support
