I bought the iPhone 5 in England. Version 6.1

I connected the iPhone to your computer the first time I had to come back.

Everything is fine except that you can not transfer songs to iPhone.

Once I choose to copy the entire list below that shows how much space it will take the iPhone but I press sync It does everything except the transfer of songs.

I do not know what the problem is.
