Logitech MX 5000 Laser Bluetooth Based - I can't connect my keyboard.

Hello,

I can't correctly connect my keyboard via native build-in bluetooth in my Intel based MacBook Pro (Apple), but mouse Logitech MX 1000 I can. Bluetooth Setup Wizard/Asistent already find my keyboard and also it let me input password for paring my keyboard and I do it correctly. After this step Setup Wizard/Asistent tell me, that he can't correctly identify my keyboard and than tell me "push right key near by left Shift. When I do it, nothing happends, Wizard still infinity waiting... What's very interesting: The mute and volume pad vorking correctly! But nothing else 😟

And finally, when I use USB Reciever from Logitech accesories, my keyboard working correctly without any problems. But I wouldn't using USB reciever, though I have built-in bluetooth in my MacBook and I want use it!

I bought the MX5000 set for connecting to Linux boxes in a large scale stereo visualization setup. Worked fine even with RH 9.0. We recently acquired a quad G5 for this facility, and I tried the set there with basically the same results, but I did find a solution:

1. Using built in Bluetooth on the G5, the mouse was recognized, and worked. The keyboard was recognized, paired, and was dead (except strangely enough, the volume slide control on the left of the keyboard actually adjusts the volume on the G5!).

2. Using the supplied Bluetooth/USB adapter, the keyboard works fine, but it doesn't recognize the mouse (???).

So I use both on the G5: Apple BT for the mouse, Logitech adapter for the keyboard. A bit strange, but does work.
