CTI with iPhone and Windows PC (outlook)

Hello, folks,

missing my old phone 8at least the functinalitites), my company is using only smartphones for the employees. Fine, on the one hand, being flexoble in use, bad on the other hand, missing some of these old functinalities in an unified communication environment.

So the question is:

Is it possible to / is there some software around, to integrate an iPhone in an infrastructure where I can dial from my PC and display incoming calls on the iPhone on the PC's display?

Do I need all these things like TAPI-Driver, SIP-things, special connectors iPhone-PC, ...
