Have version 11.0.1, just added iMatch now shutdown every 5 minutes

I just updated to iTunes 11.0.1, and signed up for iMatch 15GB of storage. About every 5 minutes itunes encounters an error and says it needs to shut down.

I have never had a problem with iTunes before.
