iphone 5 charger/adaptor

Can I you my current iphone4S adaptor for the iphone5 with the lightning cable? Also i have a Capdase TKAPIPAD-M002-BS adaptor which is compatible with most all Apple products before the iPhone 5 can that be used to charge iphone5.
