My iphone5 is not get wet or get sink on water, just on my pocket and do biking.

Only Apple can answer that. Take it in and let them look at it. What is wrong with it?

have a moisture on screen, i went to the store where i bought it and told me it's void but look at my photos water indicator is not fully red.

You can't and no one woud make a warranty decision based upon photos.

Put it in a bag of rice for 5-7 days and see if it clears up.
If you sweat while you bike your clothing will be wet which will transfer moisture to the iPhone. Was it in a water-resistant case?
