MBP 15" Sleeping Before Designated Time

I have my MBP 15" (2mHz/7200rpm/Igig) set to sleep after 1 hour of inactivity. However, it tends to go to sleep after about 1/2 hour of inactivity. What am I missing? Or is this a power management defect or some sort of bug?
