error code (-42408)

I can't open up my itunes. Computer is up to date. Error code is -42408. How can i fix this problem.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Although you're getting a different error message, I'd try the following document with that one:

iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization
