My friend has recently sent me an imessage on his jail broken (6.1 untethered) iPod. Ever since going on iMessage to read it, I can't access iMessage or my notifications bar. When I try either, my iPod lags and reboots. What should I do?

This has happened not just to me but my other friends who received it as well. Help Us!
