Hi,
I am trying to edit out my full name out of my email. When I click on my .mac,.me,.icloud email accounts where my full name is listed it is in a light grey where you can't make changes under the account information.
Does anyone know if there is a way to edit this to take the full name out or at least the last name?

Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.

I was actually in "manage your account" settings when you sent this. I thought this would be the place but it will not let you delete your last name. The minute you do it asks for last name again. I went in and put a (.) period for my last name and it took that.
Is full name needed for anything else on here that taking out the last name will be an issue for anything else with Apple?

I can't think of anything all that important that not having a surname will affect.
You may have to log in to the account again in Mail too.
