Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Updated my Itunes to the latest one. After that all my Music won't play anymore. There is an exclamation point that appears on each songs.
Please help i need my music back.

The exclamation point simply indicates that the media is not where iTunes expects it to be.
Did you or someone move or delete the actual media files?
no I just updated to the new itunes. then everything is gone i went and search my files and its not there

Updates do not delete files.
Regardless, use the backup of the computer to put everything back.
I had the same thing happen. I updated and now can't play music I have purchased off of iTunes or music I have downloaded from cd's. I have spent 2 hours talking to Apple support and they couldnt fix it or tell me how or why it happened. So I am just plain screwed by iTunes. I will not be buying anymore music from them.
