I went to settings and changed my password there but it won't save it. Help!

I know how to delete the account but may need some help on how to readd it. What do you mean by "maybe a restart help?"
Delete account.
Restart your iPhone.
Add the account. (Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add Account>Yahoo
I changed my yahoo e-mail password and now cannot get mail on my iPhone.
