How Can I get a proof from apple store? Is there anyone who has done this before?

Proof that you purchased it?
Your receipt. You should have gotten an email from Apple.
I gave them the receipt. They still asked for the items below,
Written confirmation from apple and your network provider of the date and time your phone was reported stolen.

As per our previous letter may we kindly request that you forward the following original information/documentation to enable us to consider this matter further.
The original purchase receipts for the item being claimed, in the absence of original receipts we are able to accept certified copies which may be obtained from the place of purchase.
For items purchased by cheque, credit or charge card we are able to accept the sales vouchers and statements showing entry.
Written confirmation from apple and your network provider of the date and time your phone was reported stolen.

You will need a copy of the police report and something from the phone company when you reported it to them.
Apple has nothing to do with this.
