If the iCloud supose to link all devies why only my ipad and lab top got what is from the iphone 5 and not the other way?

I have installed icloud on all my iphone5,ipad and laptop but only the ipad and laptop are link , which was able to get what was from my iphone but not the other way, does any one have this problem?
