I need help stopping the email daemons fludding my inbox. I did some research online and was told to first change my email passwords, which I just did and now get "Mail can't connect to the account "Gmail" and for my other email account.

Since I updated my passwords, I get "Mail can't connect to the account "Gmail" and for my other email account. I put in my new password and it doesn't work. I keep getting the same message saying I can't connect to my email accounts.
