I have turned on my home sharring on both my computers, but I don't see the sharred playlist like it shows on here?

Hi, I'm rying to view my i-tunes playlists and account on my other computer. I'm trying to use the home sharing method. I have it turned on on both of my computers, but I'm not seeing the shared playlist. Any help?
