push notifications dont work on mobile network

Ever since clean restoring and updating to 6.1 my push notifications dont work when im on my mobile network/3G. However, they work fine when I'm on a wifi network. Anybody got a fix for this/know why this is happening? Its quite frustrating to have to open each app to get any notifications...
