my ipod touch is disabled and it says to connect it with itunes. I already connected it with itunes but it says that it cannot connect with the ipod because it is disabled !!!! what do i do !!! HELP!!

my ipod is disabled , when i plugi it into itunes it says that it cant connect with the ipod because it is locked but i forgot my password and now its disabled and i cant use it at all!! please HELP!!
