accidentally reset all setting on my iPad

Hey folks,

I accidentally reset my setting on my iPad and it wiped out E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. The only thing I see on my iPad is "iTunes" and the iTunes plug. HELP!!!!

Do you have a backup on a computer or did you turn backup in iCloud on? If so restore from the backup.

If not, you can go to iTunes and redownload your purchases.

You need to connect your iPad to iTune (computer) to Restore/Recover your iPad.

If you don't have backup, data, apps, picture and music will be lost.

You can re-download your apps from App Store>Purchased

You can re-download your music from iTune>Purchased

Does it work if it isnt a Macbook? I tried connecting my iPad to my computor but I dont know what to do after that. Please help me because the pictures on my iPad bring a lot memories and I dont want to loose them.
