Can you please tell us can we install and work with Cisco Paket Tracer in my Mac. I'm student so need to study for CCNA...Can anybody tell is this possible in Mac.

Have you tried the wireshark app? It's a free network packet capture application.
I had used PlayOnMac!

If that doesn't work, then your only option will be run Windows on your Mac, either via Boot Camp or one of the virtualization solutions (Parallels Desktop, VMWare Fusion or VirtualBox).
