2 Creative Monsters LLC Ripped me off

I downloaded the app "FollowBack - Find More Followers For Twitter", and I tried using it, but it constantly says no internet connection, I tried contacting the developer, no response, I have no idea where I'm supposed to post this, if this is the wrong section, I'm sorry. The app doesn't work, I'm connected to the internet, I know this because the app allows me to comment in a forum however it doesn't allow me to do what it was made to do.
