Transfer music from ipod classic to new windows computer

I don't have my old computer. I have my Ipod with all my music and playlists on it. How do it transfer all this to itunes on a Windows 8 computer? All I want to do is get all my music I used to have on the old computer (which is gone) from ipod classic
