My phone is still using my old apple id

To change the ID:

• For iMessage, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID sign out, sign back in using the other ID.
• For FaceTime, do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.
• For Purchasing, do this in Settings>iTunes & App Stores

Go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores. Tap the AppleID at the top and it will display several options including Sign Out. Tap the sign out option. Then type in your new AppleID to sign it in.

Also check the ID for your iCloud account: Settings>iCloud. If it is the old ID, delete the iCloud account (at the very bottom of the screen) and then sign iCloud back on using your new ID.

Be sure to check the other two items that randers listed for you: iMessage (Settings>Messages>Send & Receive) and Facetime (Settings>Facetime). If the AppleID on those is not correct, click on them and sign out as you did for iTunes & App Store!
