With Pages document on screen follow this route: Pages>File>Export>Word.

The only problem, when i go to Pages>File>Export> ist askme that My trial version of iWorks is expire, and when i want to buy, telling me that OS 10.6 is not compatible and i need 10.7 or higher :-((
If you do decide to upgrade your OS, you can go directly to OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion from 10.6.8. But if you do, be aware that some older PowerPC apps will no longer work, so it's worth checking carefully:

Also, make sure your computer meets the specifications and although Lion and Mountain Lion will run with 2gb of RAM it won't be a good experience - 4gb or above would be much better.
