Is it possible to transfer the information of a lost ipod to a new one?

I would like to know if it's possible to transfer the data of a lost Ipod to a new one because I lost my Ipod not to long ago and really want to know if i can get everything back because there was some things that are important to me. I did sync my Ipod to my computer before I lost it. Please help me!

Restore the new device from the backup of the old iPod. See the restore topic of:

iOS: How to back up

If yo restore from iTunes backup make sure that all your synced media like apps and music are in your iTunes library since synced media is not included in the backup. You can redownload iTunes purchases by:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
