Why is it that my iPod only charges while its off when I use my power bar that has a USB thing for my iPod 4g 6.1 When it's on it doesn't charge, but if its turned off completely it charges what has happend?.

Likely that the power bar does not supply sufficient power/current to charge with the screen on since the screen is major consumption of power.
It used to work! But now when I plug my charge in the thing it won't charge no more :(
Now I have to turn off my iPod for it to charge and it *****!!
Only computer works for it to be on and you can still charging
Still seems like the power bar doe snot provide enough power/current/
