I have a new iPhone 5. I am getting calls but the ringer doesn't work, nor do I hear the vibration. The screen lights up announcing the call , but it's silent.
All of a sudden, my phone ringer and vibration indicators are silent. The screen lights up, indicating an incoming call, but no sound.
