Captions
I went to settings and turned on captions but still can't seem to get captions on Hulu. It's quite frustrating

Does the content in question have captioning avialbe? The changes you made in settings are for the iTunes content. It is not going to effect conent from Netflix, or Hulu, etc. If the Hulu app does not have setting for this then it is probably not supported.
