How do I change thge region of my iMessage on my iPod touch? Knowing that my country -Egypt- wasn't on the list . . . and does it affect sending and receiving messages or not?

What do you mean? I find not setting for region in Settings>Messages?

This is exactly what I meant. There is no changing the region in the settings. You set it when you start up your iMessage.

Ii have no idea. Try selecting one near Egypt and see if it works.
