scrfailure when trying to reschedule an Apple Support call

I keep getting an scrfailure when trying to reschedule a missed Apple Support call. What is this and why can I not reschedule my call when the Case ID is open and asking me to reschedule?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 mid-2011
