Due date on flagged outlook emails, sync to reminders

i flag all emails that come in to my mailbox that i need to deal with later, and mark them as "today" or "next week" etc etc. i then work from the task list in outlook. Alli want is to be able to work from that same (sync'd) task list on my iPhone. But reminders and tasks are not the same thing in iOS - but they should be (IMHO), as they are in oulook.

Any apps out there to do it, or workarounds?
