Why wont safari 6.0.2 update?

I have all of the current updates for my MBP however the App store claims I have an update available to Safari 6.0.2

when I attempt to click on the update button all I get is

AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED the operation could not be completed

nsurlerror domain error

-1012)(-1012 )

any help would be appreciated I have OS X 10.8.2
