My iPhone 3G now cannot use because cannot restore update and all program were lost. How to do?

i also tried updating it the itunes says error 1505
my iphone was jailbroken, when i updated it using itunes 11.01.12 it first dowloaded the isp 4.2.1 and started extrcting the software, it also prepared the iphone but got stuck on verifying the software and gavae the error 1505. now my iphone is stuck on restore mode! please help
