music transfer

Hi all,

I've been having difficulty lately. I have never figured out how to transfer music from my pervious computer to the one that I am now using... I've gone through a good amount of Laptops so it get's frustraiting when I can't get the music from my old computer put on my new computer. How do I go about transfering music from one computer to another?

Also, how would I get music from my old account? I had an old e-mail account a while back and can't remember the password or anything... so I've lost alot of music that way... any suggestions?
