3gs phone stuck on apple logo after replacing screen and battery, tried itunes recovery , tiny umbrella, ireb any other suggestions please.

The itune recovery seemed to work it stated phone now restored but it still just show the apple logo. replaced new battery with the old battery still same.

It will go into itune recovery mode and Dfu mode etc.

After using tiny umbrella and Ireb itunes now give error 3194, any suggestions wlcome
