Bluetooth

I have the same problem on three device Apple: Iphone4, Iphone5 and Ipad2.

The last sunday I had upgraded the device to the last version of IOS (IOS 6.1). Now, when I turn on the bluetooth on the devices, the list of device stay empty also if there are other devices Apple with bluetooth on.

It's normal or there is a bug on the operating sistem?
