If you've followed the instructions on the page that you posted from and you can't find it amongst your hidden items, then is the film still available in the store (if it's not then it won't show in the Purchased link for re-downloading) ? Also not all film studios have so far agreed to allow their films to be re-downloaded

Thanks for this. Yes I have followed these steps but no unhide button.  The problem came when the I got an error -58 message when the film was downloading.  On the purchase list the film was marked as downloaded. I clicked the top left hand corner cross thinking this would reset things. The film seems now to have completly gone! No unhide button, no nothing.    I have contacted the Apple support who says the movie has been "added this movie to your download queue".  But i cant see this anywhere.

Any help would be much appreciated

Try clicking on 'Check For Available Downloads' on the Store drop-down menu and see if it starts downloading

Thanks. Try it and just get "All purchases have ben downloaded". I do understand the copyright issue, but it does seem a little crazy that where you get a problem with the download like this, Apple cant simply just reload the movie. Doesnt encourage me to use the Itunes Store in future.

    Thanks for your help.

UPDATE:  I've found the unhide button! It was in My Account deails under purchase history. Clicked unhide and my movie was restored into my Purchase page, and I can now down load the movie again.  I assumed from teh instructions page that the unhide button would be on the purchase page.

    Happy punter again!
