Hi, i have around 4000 photos on my iphone 5. they are my only copy as my old computer died . i desperately want to store them on my PC , there seems to be no way to do that . can anyone help?

Is there any way i can do this .
these are photos have alot of sentimental value ( my dead father and i need tehm on my pc
