Forgot security passwords (solutions not working). I do not have the option to request my passwords via my e-mail. This is becoming very inconvenient.

I bought an App Store card.When I wanted to buy an app, it asked me for my security questions. I tried every potential answer I could have put, but nothing, it only locked my account. I totally forgot the answers, as a result, I wanted to change my security questions. I search online (here and other website). One of the solution indicated me to click on the link below the security questions, if I have forgot the answers. I do not see that link nor any other place where I could reset my security questions. What should I do? Apple services are not the same quality as its products?

Call AppleCare for your country for help resetting the security questions.
